Overview
Patients with fibroadenoma usually appear normal. Physical examination of patients with fibroadenoma is usually remarkable for a painless, firm, solitary, well-circumscribed, and mobile breast mass. Breast asymmetry can be seen in some patients.

- Vital signs of patients with fibroadenoma are usually normal.
Breast Exam
- Firm, nontender, and solitary mass
- Multiple masses are found in a few cases
- Clearly demarcated mass of about 2 to 3 cm in size (can range from less than 1 cm to greater than 10 cm)
- Smooth, mobile, and rubbery in consistency
- Breast asymmetry
- Breast hypertrophy
Skin
- Skin examination of patients with fibroadenoma is usually normal.
HEENT

Neck

Lungs
