- Clinical manifestations start by the the time tumor itself is enlarged and obvious.
- It can be a unilateral or bilateral tumor mostly occurring in salivary glands specially parotid.
- Although there is no known symptom , diagnosis is often done late, metastasis is a rare complication, salivary acinic cell carcinoma has good prognosis.
- If left untreated, acinic cell carcinoma can be an aggressive tumor and far metastasis are seen.
- If left untreated local pressure increase on facial nerve and other neighboring structures, which may cause:
