1) Diabetes - Increased hunger, thirst, or urination.

2) Hypertension - Headache, blurring of vision.

3) Cardiovascular complications - Chest pain, shortness of breath, increased heart rate

4) Polycystic ovarian disease - menstural irregularities, infertility
