Symptoms of esthesioneuroblastoma include nasal obstruction, epistaxis, ear pain, otitis media, hyposmia, nasal discharge, facial pain, changes in vision, lacrimation, facial numbness, neck mass, and anosmia.

History

Symptoms

Nasal obstruction due to the presence of a mass is the most common symptom with olfactory neuroblastoma and is present in the majority of cases. Other symptoms may include the following:

  • Nasal obstruction
  • Epistaxis
  • Ear pain
  • Otitis media
  • Hyposmia
  • Nasal discharge
  • Facial pain
  • Changes in vision
  • Lacrimation
  • Facial numbness
  • Neck mass
  • Anosmia
