There are no echocardiography findings associated with adult T-cell leukemia. Findings on an ultrasound suggestive of adult T-cell leukemia include hepatomegaly, splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy.

• There are no echocardiography findings associated with adult T-cell leukemia.
• Ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of adult T-cell leukemia. Findings on an ultrasound suggestive of adult T-cell leukemia include:
  • Hepatomegaly
  • Splenomegaly
  • Lymphadenopathy
