Vital Signs
- Normothermic
- Tachycardia
- Tachypneic: Many fatal cases presented with tachypnea and no survivors had tachypnea
- Hypotension (less than 90 mm Hg systolic /60 mm Hg diastolic)
Neurologic
- Obtunded
