Overview

There are no specific physical examination findings associated with hepatocellular adenoma. Patients can present with right upper quadrant abdominal tenderness and guarding.

Physical examination

There are no specific physical examination findings related to hepatocellular adenoma, but the right upper quadrant abdominal tenderness and guarding can be elicited in some patients secondary to bleeding within the hepatocellular adenoma.

Appearance of the Patient

Patients usually appear well.

Vital Signs

Vital signs of patients with hepatocellular adenoma are usually normal.

Skin

Skin examination of patients with hepatocellular adenoma is usually normal.

HEENT

HEENT examination of patients with hepatocellular adenoma is usually normal.

Neck

Neck examination of patients with hepatocellular adenoma is usually normal.

Lungs

Pulmonary examination of patients with hepatocellular adenoma is usually normal.
