Overview

B symptoms are seen in a third of cases - fever, night sweats, and weight loss
Symptoms of anemia - shortness of breath, fatigue, palpitations
Abdominal discomfort
Recurrent infections due to the associated neutropenia are seen in almost half of cases.^[1]^[2]^[3]^[4]
Joint pains - rheumatoid arthritis is commonly observed in patients with T-LGL, leading to a clinical picture similar to Felty's syndrome.
