Indications

• If the lymphoma has spread to the brain and spinal cord.
• If primary central nervous system (CNS) lymphoma is suspected.
• If presence of lymphomatous meningitis, paraspinal lymphoma, or vertebral body involvement by lymphoma is suspected.
