Overview

Chest CT scan may be helpful in the diagnosis of lung cancer, which is one of the most common cause of syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone (SIADH). Findings on CT scan suggestive of lung cancer include numerous enlarged lymph nodes and direct infiltration of adjacent structures.
