Symptoms

Even though many types of sick sinus syndrome produce no symptoms, patients may present with:

• Stokes-Adams attacks - fainting due to asystole or ventricular fibrillation
• Dizziness or light-headedness
• Palpitations
• Chest pain or angina
• Shortness of breath
• Fatigue
• Headache
