June Robinson (11th June, 1958) was the first woman in Europe to give birth with an artificial pacemaker to a perfectly healthy baby. Her son, Paul Broughton, was born on 3rd of May, 1978. June is still alive and well today even after two open heart surgeries and several other operations on her heart, which was situated on the wrong side of her body. Her last operation, on arteries in her neck was in 2000. She currently resides in Leeds and is in perfect health, considering doctors told her she wouldn't live past 2 years old.
