With over 25 years of experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting some of the world's largest and most complex networks, working under time constraint and constant pressure has made me a critical thinker, fast learner, and clear communicator. Sports nutrition, nutrient timing, pharmacognosy, epigenetics, and pharmacogenomics are my areas of research. I am the world's first CCIE-CISSP-CISSN plus I hold four additional advanced technical certs in the Cs and eight Nebraska state records in masters swimming.
