After several rewarding years as a teacher and administrator in secondary education, I  transitioned into a career in higher education as an academic coach for students enrolled in health profession programs. I facilitate students academic success and retention by developing and conducting many academic support programs including seminars, workshops, peer tutoring, and individualized assistance with study skills for students enrolled in the colleges of Medicine, Nursing, and Pharmacy.
