I am interested in the physiological and pathological roles of cellular senescence. This includes, tumour suppression, resolving tissue damage and biological ageing and its associated diseases. My current research is focused on identifying molecular targets for specifically eliminating senescent cells. I am also interested in understanding more about the interaction of senescent cells with the immune system.
