The tripod fracture, also called the zygomaticomaxillary complex, is composed of a set of fractures including the lateral orbital wall, inferior orbital floor, and the zygomatic arch. [1] It is one of the most common facial fracture patterns, accounting for up to 40% of all midfacial fractures. [2]
