MRI indications in patients with SpA are included:
- For evaluating inflammatory lesions of enthesitis
- When the clinical suspicious for diagnosis of SpA are high but there is not evidence of it in sacroiliac X-ray
- To evaluate the compression of spinal cord
- In patients with bowel or bladder dysfunction (that night happen due to cord compression and caudal equina syndrome)
