Genetics	PRKAR1A gene plays an important role in cardiac development and myxomagenesis
Gross Pathology	Smooth, lobulated mass can be friable or gelatinous
Micropathology	Inflammatory infiltrate with hemosiderin, calcifications and extramedullary hemopoyesis
Inmunohistochemistry	Vimentin, endothelial and neural markers
