  • Electrocardiogram is useful in detecting any underlying heart condition causing encephalopathy.
  • It is useful in pre-surgical evaluation of the patient
  • T wave inversion and Prolonged QT interval seen in severe cases of Wernicke's Encephalopathy. [1]
