Physical Examination
- Abdominal tenderness is present in 90% of patients.
- Cervical motion tenderness is present in 67% of patients.
- A palpable mass is present in ~ 50% of patients.
- Signs of rupture include tachycardia, orthostasis, rebound tenderness and guarding.
