HOW SUPPLIED
Clindamycin palmitate hydrochloride for oral solution, USP (Pediatric) flavored granules is available in bottles of 100 mL (NDC 0374-5070-01).
The drug powder appears as a white to off-white powder. The reconstituted solution appears as a clear to slightly hazy solution with no significant precipitate.
When reconstituted as directed, each bottle yields a solution containing 75 mg of clindamycin per 5 mL.
Store at 20° to 25°C (68° to 77°F) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature].
