  • Interlobular septal thickening with or without associated peripheral ground glass opacities or consolodation
  • Transient opacities
  • Symmetrical opacities in axillary and peripheral distribution
  • Hilar adenopathy
  • Diffuse interstitial or miliary opacities
  • Pulmonary hemorrhage
  • Nodular disease (without cavitation)
  • Pleural effusions (30%) – exudative and eosinophilic
