Scientist turned physician-in-training who loves cooking, triathlon and beer. I trained in biochemistry, mathematics, synthetic organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry and artificial intelligence. My goal is to work as an academic physician-scientist who develops new therapeutics in addition to new methods of drug discovery. I am from the US, but I decided to train in the UK for med school as I wanted to see how the UK system could be so effective while costing 40% per capita relative to the US.
