Toni Weschler is the author of the bestselling book on women's health and fertility, Taking Charge of Your Fertility: The Definitive Guide to Natural Birth Control, Pregnancy Achievement, and Reproductive Health as well as the new "Cycle Savvy: The Smart Teen's Guide to the Mysteries of Her Body. In 1986 she started "Fertility Awareness Counseling and Training Seminars" (FACTS), and promotes fertility awareness through lectures and media interviews. She has a master's degree in public health and lives in Seattle, Washington.
