Dr Barazi...I have got patient with thymoma, he is asymptomatic, the tumor was removed via VAT , the follow up CT chest is clear. The question are: 1. How long I need to follow him up, in the view of know late recurrence in thymoma. 2. Do I need to do CT chest every time or chest xray will be enough. 3.Any blood marker of recurrence?
