Overview

TCH regimen refers to a sequential regimen consisting of multiple cycles of docetaxel (taxotere), carboplatin and trastuzumab (herceptin), followed by multiple cycles of trastuzumab alone, administered as a dose-dense regimen, and used in the adjuvant setting for the treatment of HER-2/neu-positive breast cancer.
