Medical Meditation has been developed by doctors and meditation experts with the goal of creating a meditation program that helps heal people. Medical meditation not only helps people relax and become stress-free, but also helps prevent and recover from various diseases. Medical meditation utilizes specific postures, hand positions, movements, breathing patterns, and mantras to tailor meditation practices for the treatment of specific ailments. Practitioners of medical meditation report that these practices produce more powerful results than those available through thoughtfulness meditation alone.[1]
