There are no specific CT scan findings in iron deficiency anemia. However, in some cases splenomegaly may be present.

Splenomegaly may be present in some cases of iron deficiency anemia depending on the cause of iron deficiency, like hemolytic anemia or myelodysplastic syndromes.
