Overview

Healix is a type of energy work, similar to reiki. It was founded by Fiona Whitmore, who also founded the school Healix Institute of Qi. Healix involves techniques such as channeling qi through the hands, chelation, organ balancing, balancing the five major elements in the body (as in traditional chinese medicine), pulling up earth qi and pulling down qi from the heavens, yin and yang balancing, and running the meridians.
