Imaging studies of brucellosis include the following
X ray	Chest X-ray	There are no specific chest x ray findings associated with brucellosis. If focal pulmonary complications occur, findings on chest x-ray include bronchopneumonia, empyema, hilar and paratracheal lymphadenopathy, interstitial pneumonitis, lung nodules or pleural effusions.
	Vertebrae	Anterior erosions of the superior end plate Sclerosis of the entire vertebra.
	Joints	Septic arhtritic brucellosis can present lately with small pericapsular erosions, which may be visible on X ray
CT scanning	Only specific finding the may be used to distinguish brucellosis from other diseases is Localized snowflake calcification in chronic hepatosplenic brucellosis
MRI, plain radiographs, radionuclide bone scintigraphy, and joint sonography
