As of July 20, 2009, 5:00 PM EST, WikiDoc will be licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike (CC-BY-SA) 3.0

Any discussion on the change should be carried out on the talk page.

WikiDoc was licensed by GFDL 1.2 from 2005-2009.

License by GFDL 1.2 or any later version

At 5:00 PM EST on July 17 2009 WikiDoc switched over to license by "GFDL 1.2 or any later version" in order to facilitate the transition to the newly adopted CC-BY-SA 3.0 license.

License by CC-BY-SA 3.0

Shortly after switching to license by GFDL 1.2 or any later version, WikiDoc will switch over to license by CC-by-sa 3.0 in accordance with the change made by Wikipedia and other Wikimedia Projects.
