Overview

Therapy of trench mouth is generally affordable since imaging tools are not necessary for diagnosis or treatment.

Cost-Effectiveness of Therapy

The cost of therapy for treating trench mouth is generally low and affordable. Imaging diagnostic methods are not necessary unless extensive damage has been done to gums and teeth, where an x-ray could be useful. Otherwise, physical exams are adequate to make accurate diagnostic decisions.
