Hypertension
  • Initial dose : 2.5-40 mg Quinapril hydrochloride (HCl)/ 6.25-25 mg hydrochlorothiazide titrate till over 2-3 weeks to achieve optimum antihypertensive effect 10-80 mg Quinapril HCl/ 12.5 - 50 mg hydrochlorothiazide.
