Overview

Propyphenazone or Isopropylantipyrine (C14H18N2O, 1,2-dihydro-1,5-dimethyl-4-(isopropyl)-2-phenyl-pyrazol-3-one) is a metabolite of phenacetin with similar analgesic and antipyretic effects.
