History and Symptoms

Although very different diseases, both may present with any of the following symptoms:

• Abdominal pain
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Hematochezia
• Weight loss
• Weight gain
• Various associated complaints or diseases (arthritis, pyoderma gangrenosum, and primary sclerosing cholangitis)
