Overview

Other diagnostic studies for endometrial cancer include endometrial biopsy

Other Diagnostic Studies

Other diagnostic studies for endometrial cancer include endometrial biopsy, which is diagnostic for the disease.[1]

In the past, dilatation and curettage was the diagnostic study of choice; however, nowadays it is mostly used as management for women with heavy bleeding or diagnostically in patients that cannot tolerate endometrial biopsy in the office.
