Overview

Chest radiography (CXR) can be used in suspected lung metastases in the advanced stage of cervical cancer.

X-ray

Chest radiography (CXR) use is very limited in intial work up for women with cervical cancer, because the rate of metastasis to lung is very low and only happens in advanced stage of cervical cancer. On chest radiographs of patient with distant metastasis to lung, pulmonary nodules can be seen.[1][2]
