Overview

Cardiac tamponade is more of a clinical diagnosis. if the patient clinical manifestation was raising suspicious toward tamponade, CT scan and echocardiogram are diagnostic gold standards for the disease.

Screening

  • Tamponade is more of a clinical diagnosis.
  • CT scan and ecchocardigraphy can help to diagnose tamponade .[1]
  • These tests are not considered as screening. there is no screening suggested for the disease.
