Patient Presentation

The patient will most commonly present some or all of the following symptoms;

  • Substernal/precordial chest pressure/heaviness/pain
  • Pain in the shoulder or arm
  • Nausea and/or vomiting
  • Shortness of breath
  • Diaphoresis
  • Complaints of "heartburn"
  • Dizziness
  • Palpitations
