--- I have put in all possible synonyms for a symptom or disease. Synonyms can be found in the Disease database which is located in the Infobox of the disease on the top right side. {{SK}} is the code used.

--- I have created redirects to the page for all the synonyms.

--- I have followed the order that is shown in Template to add a New Disease when editing the page.

--- I have used the exact titles for the subheadings shown in Template to add a New Disease. For example the subheading title is always Classification and not Forms, Types etc., and the subheading title is always Pathophysiology and not Physiology, Pathology, Histopathology etc.,

--- I made sure that there are no bullet lists in the overview statement. Google will be drawing from the overview statements to form rich snippets as search results. The overview should be written as text, not as bullets.

--- I did not number the causes of a disease.

--- I created redirects to all the causes of a disease.

--- I made sure all the words spelled correctly before saving the page.

--- I made sure there is appropriate spacing between the words and sentences. There is a single space between the words and two spaces between the sentences.

--- I have checked that I have capitalize the first word in the subheading.

--- I have checked that capitalize the words Common and Causes, Causes by Organ System and Causes in Alphabetical Order.

--- I have checked that I have added [[Category:Grammar]] and [[Category:Signs and symptoms]] without spaces, appropriately if not present

--- I have checked that I have added [[Category:Disease]] without spaces on every page.

--- I have checked whether the national library of medicine has a chapter of the symptom and sign that I am working on.

--- I have checked I have spelled out abbreviations with their first use .

--- I have added "Risk factors" from the "Patient information" page if I didn't find anywhere else.


--- I have searched for the specific subsection of a page where I have to redirect a link and used the following code Hydrocephalus#Non-communicating hydrocephalusto go to that subsection when I click the link.
