==Drug Interactions==
Whenever possible, agents which may enhance the risk of [[hemorrhage]] should be discontinued prior to initiation of Lovenox therapy. These agents include medications such as: [[anticoagulants]], platelet inhibitors including [[acetylsalicylic acid]], [[salicylates]], [[NSAIDs]] (including ketorolac tromethamine), [[dipyridamole]], or [[sulfinpyrazone]].
