| The [[coronary angiogram]] is fairly insensitive to the presence of [[lesion]] [[calcification]], particularly the presence of deep [[vessel]] wall [[calcification]]. [[Intravascular ultrasound]] is much more sensitive in the assessment of [[vessel]] wall [[calcification]].
