Portal/venous phase CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis illustrates heterogeneous liver parenchyma without evident washout. Signs suggestive of a cirrhotic liver include hypertrophy of the caudate lobe and collateral vessels around the perigastric (green circle) and perisplenic (blue circle) areas, accompanied by the presence of ascites.
