Α-Palindromic binding proteins
α-Palindromic binding proteins
The palindromic sequence (r) TGCGCATGCGCA (c) ACGCGTACGCGT (1) (i) = (c) (ci) = (r) also called the α-palindromic binding protein (α-PAL) that binds the nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF1)[1] does not occur on either side of A1BG.
Alpha palindromic binding protein TGCGCATGCGCA α-PAL binds the nuclear respiratory factor 1 (NRF-1)[1].
