Parkinson’s disease	Bilateral upper motor neuron(UMN)	Weakness, hyperreflexia, hypertonicity
Wilson's disease	Unilateral upper motor neuron	Weakness, reduced range of motion, decreased fine motor control of tongue & lips
Multiple sclerosis	Cerebellum	Poorly coordinated movements of speech mechanism, scanning/drunken speech
