• Findings on CT scan suggestive of splenic marginal zone lymphoma include:

• Massive enlargement of the spleen with slightly inhomogeneous parenchymal enhancement
• Multple enlarged lymph nodes around the coeliac trunk, the hepatoduodenal ligament and the inferior vena cava
