Overview

FLAG regimen refers to a regimen consisting of idarubicin, fludarabine, high-dose cytarabine (AraC) and filgrastim (G-CSF), used as a remission-induction treatment for relapsed or refractory childhood acute myeloid leukemia (AML)[1]
