Overview

Teh dig effect refers to a constellation of non-specific electrocardiographic findings which include the following in variable combinations: T wave inversions, T waves flattening, U waves, PR prolongation, ST-segment depression with a “scooped” appearance and Short QT due to an abbreviated ventricular action potential.
