Overview
Primary Prevention
According to a modeling study [1]: "Implementing the combined intervention of
- quarantining infected individuals and their family members,
- workplace distancing, and
- school closure once community transmission has been detected
...could substantially reduce the number of SARS-CoV-2 infections."
Similar findings have been modeled by the Medical Research Council (MRC) Centre for Global Infectious Disease Analysis and WHO Collaborating Centre for Infectious Disease Modelling [2].
Other preliminary research is available[3].
