I have been on a diet for one year and made significant progress, started at 257 pounds or 117 kilos and now weigh 189 pounds or 85 kilos. My interest is to report my experience to others who may be facing similar issues of ill health and the benefits of better health through weight loss.
I have struggled being over-weight most of my life. Using natural elements, Ayurvedic herbs and healthy natural foods, I have made what Americans call "smoothies" which I consume for my meals throughout a typical day. I plan to try to sell these drinks in cafes, restaurants and other commerical locations for income.
It is my intent to report how I make these drinks so that other persons, anywhere around the world may do the same thing. Likewise, I hope to start a "community" of persons who find health and wellness as I have and possibly make a business out of it as well.
May I call this the "WoudChuk Health & Wellness Community"? So, as I begin this adventure, this is what I will call my effort. I hope to find that many will join me!
My diet process is very low cost, you can find things you may use locally where you live and discover extra-ordinary health and wellness at an extremely low cost.
